Contact
Email [email protected] with the school name. If bells are not ringing or paging is not working, say so in the subject line — that is an urgent fault and we treat it as one.
Before you contact us
- Note which zones are affected and which are fine. One dead zone and a whole silent building are different faults.
- Check whether the affected speakers have power.
- Note whether scheduled bells fail, live paging fails, or both.
Common things
- Bells stopped ringing
- Check the timetable is still active and today is not configured as a holiday. If the schedule looks right, contact us — this is urgent.
- One zone is silent
- Usually a device or wiring fault rather than a software one. Tell us the zone and we will check whether the system can still see the device.
- The internet is down at the school
- Bells and scheduled announcements are designed to keep running on the on-site appliance. If they stopped when the connection did, tell us — that is a fault, not expected behaviour.
- Changing the bell timetable
- Managed from the cloud interface. Where the school also uses Sijillak, the timetable can follow the teaching schedule instead of being maintained twice.
